Hi,

I have an odd problem - the description field is not being entered into the CRM from my contact form - everything else goes in fine.

I've spent hours messing with php versions, php inis and looking at the script itself. My original hunch was that description could be some reserved word somewhere, and/or it was a string related server setting. The script i'm using was working on a different server, and i've matched the php ini/version on the new to the old.

Since I can't find anything like it on here either, i'm guessing it's not a common problem?

Can anyone give me any idea why this is happening, and/or what further information you might need to help me fix this?

I'm almost at the point where I will manually recreate all the database queries to get around this, although even that doesn't seem straightforward.
