There's a Brazilian Portuguese lang pack for 5.0.3 at http://forge.vtiger.com/projects/vtigerbr/
I'm currently using this one while adapting it to Portuguese (Portugal) when I see some different terms (like "planejamento", "acessar",...). It's just a matter of doing a find/replace with a decent text editor (nike notepad++) in all the lang files.
If you have the time, you can do it yourself... I'm doing it slowly ... If I manage it to get completed before the next version of vtiger is released ;-) ... I'll post it here.

If you want to try the adaptation (attached zip file) I have done so far... Feel free to use it and change it as you like.

I've made a few updates to the Portuguese (Portugal) language pack for vTiger 5.0.3 and included XML file to make install easier with Language Pack Wizard Add-on (http://forge.vtiger.com/projects/langpackwizard/).
This add-on is still on the 5.0.2 version on the Forge but it's working perfectly on my 5.0.3 installation.

Fiz algumas modificações ao language pack Português (Portugal) para o vTiger 5.0.3 e inclui o ficheiro XML para uma instalação mais fácil com o add-on Language Pack Wizard (http://forge.vtiger.com/projects/langpackwizard/). Este add-on está na versão 5.0.2 mas funciona perfeitamente na versão 5.0.3 que tenho instalada.
