| Your web site mentions that the CRM supports ACT importation but I can find no way to do that through the web interface. Where is this feature? |

It is present in Leads --> Import Leads ( Link in the right corner).
But i didn't test it using ACT..

Import Leads link is available under Leads module (Top right corner of the Leads page).
You can import Leads in XLS file format. We are planning to support import Contacts and Accounts also. |
