Hello,

now i tried 3 days to connect the office plugin with my version of VTiger.
VTiger runs on my machine with XAMPP without any problems.

The only problem, I have, is to connect the office plugin. I tried and read in the different forums everthing but it won`t work.

The plugin seemd to trie a connection - here is a logfile of the Apache:

192.168.168.66 - - [11/Aug/2007:10:54:37 +0200] "POST /:80/vtigerservice.php?service=wordplugin HTTP/1.1" 403 1112

Is there a missing setting of Apache?

Who can help me?!

Hi bretti ,

Can you please tell me whether you are getting any error message while connecting to vtigerCRM
from your Office plug-in.If so can you please mention the error message.

Hi,

here the details:

I use VTiger on a local Machine without any firewall. My Word Version is Word 2002 (Word 2002 10.2627.2625)

It runs under a windows XP with XAMPP and the Vtiger version 5.03 with Pach v5.0.3 For PHP 5.2.x.

The error appearsf you klick in word on the CRM-Button "Connect to server". Than the error "Can`t connect to server"appears.

Hello,

We are also experiencing this exact same problem. Has anyone figured this out or have any suggestions? We really don't have any option other than keeping HTTPS and I believe this is what is responsible for the problem.
