I would like to print a report showing trouble tickets for a particular account for a specified period. Does anybody know if this is possible. I am using version 5.0.3.

Hi Davel ,

Yes. This is possible in vtigerCRM.

While creating report for trouble ticket, in the final step you will have filters.
One is standard filter and another one is advanced filter. In standard filter
you can set the time period for ticket and in advanced filter you can
specify the particular account which is related with tickets.

By filtering this you can get trouble tickets for a particular account with the specified time period.

Thanks for your help, but I tried it now for over half an hour and didn`t find a solution.

Can you say me, what I have to exactly mark advanced filters.
I found nothing with account or person .....

Hi Davel ,

In the final step of Report creation you can see standard filter.
There you have to enter the start & end date for you time period.

In advanced filter block, you have to select Related To as a field
and set the criteria as equals or contains etc., as per you need
and in the third column you should enter the account name which you want to filter by.

Then you will get the tickets list for pariticular account with the specified time period.
