Is it possible within version 4.0.2 to personalise the CRM web portal, for example swap the vtiger logo for an internal one, change the text that is viewable etc,
I think it is but I am recent to opensource, wiki etc and would like confirmation of this for passing onto management,

Hello,
vtiger CRM user interface is fully customizable through source code modifications. You can change the logo and text as per your requirements in corresponding theme.
