When I click on my pending tasks on home page - I get a pretty useless screen (sorry). It tells me the task & the priority, but nothing that I really need which is:

- contact details
- date last contact made
- notes from last activity

I need this without doing any further clicking of the mouse. I think this is ABC of CRM tool.

I think vtiger is very neat, feature rich tool - but it makes certain 'bread and butter' tasks too difficult or time consuming. I hope this feature can be added soon, I'm sure many people will cry with happiness.
