Hi, I would be interested to join forces with some coding freaks for the development of a vTiger extension that will enable the vtiger users to click on a phone number and speak to the correspondant.
No VoIP here, just 2 PSTN calls bridged together: one call to the vtiger user, one call to the contact. The cost of the call is deducted from the prepaid account of the vtiger user. International mobile calls come out much cheaper with this system, which means that this would be a uch appreciated feature for vtiger users on the move.
The service is already operational (www.hiboo-mobile.com) and I am a (passive) co-founder of the company. My primary business has moved recently from Goldmine to vtiger. That motivates me to bring this new feature to the vtiger community. My company is a heavy Hiboo user, and when now have 5 users on vtiger. I would love to bring Hiboo and vTiger closer to each other.
If others are willing to team up with me and contribute to the coding effort, please let me know.
