Hi, everybody,
After these days running, we found it's inborn default of CRM that we can't get feedback of the TASKS assigned and achieve timely notification within the system. That is to say, by setting the hierachical privelege, the information can't achieve up train flow. The low grade users can't assign TO DO to up grade users.Although the low grade users could edit the original TO DO and add feedbacks in description, but the upgrade users can't be informed timely within the system. I'm thinking of taking advantage of TROUBLE TICKET, i found the COMMENT function which can self generate the author and time of creating is exactly what we need. For us, we need to keep in track of every process including every feedback of all the activities related to ENQUIRY(LEADS), does anybody have experience in this?
