Came to mind when submitting: http://forums.vtiger.com/viewtopic.php?p=47197#47197
Would be cool if there was a "related to trouble ticket" field in Note. So, notes could be attached to Trouble Ticket from anywhere, and also allowing re-assignment of a Note to another Trouble Ticket in the event of a data entry error.
In fact, allowing attachments of Notes to multiple modules would be even better. Yes, one could use tags, but, tags are well, tags. |

Hello,
Thanks for your interest in vtiger.
In our v5.0.3 release, we have added association of note to single Trouble Ticket.

Hint: While creating a note, select the Ticket option from Related To drop-down menu.
In this release we are not providing association of Notes to multiple mods.
