So I went to upgrade from 5.02 to 5.03 today on my web server, and it buggered up everything; I could not even log in anymore. Luckily (so I thought) I had a MySQL database backup which I had exported from mysqladmin. I installed 5.02 again and tried to import the database but got the error from MySQL: "Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails"
I tired deleting the database and importing and the installing vtiger, but it was still no go. Now I'm left with absolutely nothing but a clean install of vTiger 5.03 (hey, I had to accomplish something after all these hours.)
Please tell me how I can, at the very least, import my accounts and invoices.[/b] |
