I am using a clean install of v 5.0.3. I am able to create an account but when I try to create a contact or potential for that account none of the data I populate in the forms is being written to the database. The information the system writes such as date created is there but none of the information I enter shows up.
This is the situation whenever I use the regular input form or the quick create method.
I seem to recall that the same thing was happening to others when they tried to create new users. Is this issue more widespread than just that? If so has there been a fix discovered for the user problem that could be applied to this issue? |
