Hi,
I have just installed the toolbar on firefox 2.0. FIrst of all, the instruction manual should be updated as I could not find a way to install it using the instruction provided (maybe they referred to firefox 1.5) anyway it is easy enough, just file - open locantion- and point on the extension file.
Anyway, the create lead form does not include the customer first name field, and that should be changed. Furthermore the Company field is mandatory and that should not be the case, or at least that should be configurable as that constraint does not make any sense if you are working B2C.

Thanks for your suggestion on First Name for Lead in firefox plugin.This
Issue has been fixed and it will be available in our next release of 5.0.3.
For B2C compliance we have to come up with more changes including the changes you have mentioned in our product, we'll take this up in our future release. |
