I've recently started using the 5.0.3 version of the thunderbird extension with vTiger 5.0.3, and it addresses several problems I've noticed in the past, but there are two things I would like to see:

* Being able to export several emails as a time (I know this has already been requested in the past);

* Full email header information being copied to vTiger. Specifically the Sent Date field needs to be correct.

This last point has been partially addressed in version 5.0.3 with the sender and recipient fields being properly recorded, however my company has only recently started using vTiger and we have many emails from over a year ago that we would like to import. The problem is that they are then recorded as having been sent on the day that they were imported, which is unhelpful and actually makes record keeping harder for us.

If this last issue could be addressed, then vTiger would be almost perfect for us as we try to port to an Open Source office.
