Somebody knows how to block or to restrict % discount in quotes and sales orders. This must be only for some users.

Hi,
You can use the option Discount as zero in create view of Quotes. In create view of Quotes, If you click the Discount then you will get small popup layer. In this you can use the Zero Discount option.
