Anyone that works with trouble tickets knows how important is
the ticket number: it's essential.
At the moment there is no feature to create an email template linked to Tickets fields.
Also, in the mail merge there is no way to insert the ticket id field.

Thanks for your feedback.
We will incorporate your suggestion (Ticket ID field in Office Plugin) in one of the future releases. I've created a ticket based on your feedback:
