Hi,

I like the calender compare to sugar by far, as it has so much more features and very self explanatory. The only thing I find missing, and would be extremely useful would be a group calendar, it would be quite easy for you to implement as you already have groups.

Lets take for example, me and a collegue is already in group called DIRECTORS. There should be a group calendar for that! So we both can add/edit meetings, room booking, car book, etc and so much more things you can do with group calender.... since you already have all the major functions to make it a good calendar, there shouldn't be much you need to do....

Lets say me and my collegue have weekly delivery dates where we both go to the same meetings and both scheduling different meeting so we can both attend TOGETHER. Now, not only will it show up on the group calendar, but it also propagates to all the users assigned in the group! Code: . It's pretty annoying to have to keep inviting each user whom I need attend, as I already know he will attend as it is a dual presentation/meeting we do....

As I said, this group calendar can go a long way for many other ideas, car booking, room booking, resource booking... etc....

Thank you for suggestion. we have a plan to improve our calendar functionality futher in future releases of vtiger CRM. this includes the group calendar also.
