I have tried to search the forums for information on how to create a trouble from the Webmail module. Am I missing something? Does this feature even exist? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

BTW I like the improvements in 5.03. I was able to get the Webmail module to work in no time and I like the usability of the Customer Portal.

System Specs:
Windows 2003 Server
IIS 6
PHP 5.2
VTiger 5.03

Hello Jooky,

in current version (5.0.3) isn't unfortunately possible create relation between Trouble ticket and Webmail module.

To trouble ticket is now possible make relation "just" into:
- Task
- Event
- Note
- Attachment
- Product
- Contact
- Account
and assigned to person.

I agree with you thought this is needed enhancement.

Ticket 4024# created.
