Is there a way to customize the look of the PDF invoices that are created?

I'm talking in terms of logo, layout, etc.

Yes, you have to program it with fpdf in the CreatePDF and pdf_templates.

Or more better, forget fpdf and think about the integration of tcpdf instead of fpdf.

I am brand new to vTiger. As I am going through the online demo, this too is the first question that came to me, how do you customize the quote and invoice form. What and where are you referring when you said:

It takes a little work but you can get what you need. Make backups of files before you use them
