| At the Potential Information screen, on the Activity History section, when I click in some subjects, I get the error above. But I believe the record DO exist, because it shows in the Activity History. How can I address this problem? Thanks. |

Dear frankc,
I've tested almost for half hour to reproduce this one. but I could not. It is better if you give the exact step to reproduce this one and let me know whether you have tested as admin or non-admin user?.

Minnie,
Starts in Potentials Information screen, with single pane view enabled, then scroll down to the Activity History section and click in some activity subject (hyperlink). The next screens will show the error message. This happens with both admin and non admin users, and the same records. Some activities don't raise the error working fine, but I couldn't figure the logic.
