| On a different system I decided to do a test clean install of 5.03 on a windows 2003 server. Install went fine, no errors. I cannot, however, create users. After filling out the information required, I click on Save and nothing happens. I cannot duplicate the existing standard user, nor can I modify either default users (admin, standard user). I can create a contact fine. I am logged in as Admin. Anyone have any ideas or experience the same issue? |

| I have identified my issue with respect to this. I use firefox and had the ad blocked add-on installed and that prevented vtiger from running correctly in the browser. Removed it and it worked fine. Specifically what I had installed was Adblock Plus 0.7.5.1 . |

| Removing Adblock didn't work for me...Firefox doesn't save here either. |

| I should clarify, IE works just fine, but I can't get Firefox to "Save" anything....the button's dead. This occurs with creating accounts, updating/creating users, etc. I end up having to use IE to do things (icky). |

i have the same issue,and i am using maxthon 2(with the IE7).
when i click 'save' at the end of creating accounts,it will turn to stander user from admin,the account name become " "(blank),and i can't to change it !
At the end,i have to use phpmyadminto update the datebase--"vtiger_user" to fix the problem.
I am still can't to creating accounts, updating/creating users.... |

| Yes it is a PHP 5.2 error as currently vtiger doesn't support it |

I'm not using 5.2 on my install; I've just chalked it up to a Firefox issue for the time being since IE does the same thing with no trouble. |

| I've got the same problem (cannot create a contact, a user etc... all the fields are blank), even with IE (beurk, I had to use it), it's not working. I'm running vtiger 5.03 on a linux server with php 4.3.9 (upgraded from 5.02 with the patch). I know php 5 is recommanded but vtiger 5.02 worked for us almost perfectly. I don't know what to do. Anyone has an idea? |
