hallo,

I want to create a new lead custom view.

the filter functions only allows "AND" to combine different sql conditions.
is it possible to change the filters to "OR" conditions?

I believe, you are experiencing this issue in our v4.2.x series. We have fixed this issue in our 5.0.x series. Please have a look at vtiger demo for more details:

PS: I sincerely suggest you to plan migrating your deployment setup from v4.2.x to v5.0.x.
