Error occurs in Report creation process

Hi,

I am getting the following error while I click SaveAndRun button in a Create Report tab :

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\vtigercrm_changed\include\database\PearDatabase.php on line 420

how can I correct it?
