hello,
The feature which is present in analytics->reports to create new folders where we can put our customized reports, can we have that same feature to create foleders in Tools->notes module also, so that we can put the notes in specific folders.

Hi Sagar,

Currently you can associate notes to most of the vtiger modules (Hint: while creating a Note, select CRM module from "Related To" drop-down list).

It will be nice, if you could post exact business scenario where you would like to use folders for Notes?

hi gopal,
i think u did not understand my requirement. i want to attach notes to particular products, but make different folders for those products and then store those notes in those different products,
what i feel is that if we have an option to create various folders in notes then we can even use the notes module as an "document management system", i can make my own folders with some related name and place those notes within those folders then.
i hope u get my point of view.
