Just a post to help others.

If you get this error the problem is that your using Mozilkla Firefox when you down loaded the extension. The system thinks that you trying to instal the extension to firefox.

Download the extension ot the desktop. Read the TB CRM manual. Open TB and insatll within TB.

I didnt know. Thought it might be helpfull
