Hi
I would like to change the default assignement of new tickets to "group" and a new group called "Rockfield" I have created. Currently it defaults to user and the logged in user.
I would also like to change the default values of the picklists on new trouble tickets and change the default "Related to Value" to "Accounts".
I'm not a coder but can follow directions easily and have already changed some of the defaults via explanations from the wiki.
Is this possible?
What files should I look in?
