After an easy install of the Office plugin with only a few problems, I had to uninstall it and reinstall as it wasn't connecting to vTiger.
The only problem is that the toolbar is now missing in word and I can't get it back. I've tried deleting registry keys, several reinstalls and reboots and still haven't turned anything up.
After looking through the forum, only one other user has come up against this problem - with no solution as yet...
Anyone else got any ideas.

Actually its a really simple solution. Make sure that the version of the Office plugin corresponds to the version of vTiger that you're running. I'm having a really dumb day.

i have XP and office and i have exactely your problem also.
I don't have issue for this and now i don't use plugin.
If you someone have solution please post it

Make sure the Active X security is turned off in Internet Explorer - I'm not sure about the exact settings - and of course you should have some security. I'm sure there's some information about how to configure it in these forums.
Make sure that the version of the Office Plugin that you have matches the version of vTiger that you're running too. |
