Hi vTiger team

The product is great and I want it to be more useful for us not only to track the status of the customer but also the status of the activites such as events/todo. I want everyone in my company to be able to use it and use it as a main portal for work.

The only two functionality missing is the Project (for internal tasks) and the ability to attach notes and attachments to activity items. I notice that this attachment functions is available for all other module but calendar and still wondering the reason why.

I have spend several hours trying to create a patch myself but all I can do now is to add a new tab:). I guess adding the notes as related module to calendar will be a piece of cake to you and that's why I'm making a request for it.

The final screen can be something similar to the attachment.

Hi,

I have added this functionality in the TSProjects module. Don't remember exactly what I did to get the notes working (attachments just worked). In any case I have this on 5.0.1 and I am currently working on migration to 5.0.3 which is when I will release all the code.
We are currently using the TSProjects Project control module internally and fixing bugs.

Great to hear that someone with programming talents is actually doing it to make it perfect.

Just wonder when 5.0.3 is finally release, would you be so kind as to contribute the code so that others can work on it and share with the community?

Sorry for being ignorant of your project. My question is obsolete since I found the answer. I found your project here: http://vtigerforge.fosslabs.com/frs/?group_id=60. It's great. Hope that you'll have more resource to create such a great module.
