I think that I might have a router issue here. So here goes my question. I have VT setup on my small office network. The Site URL is the IP address of my VT machine. I can use the mail merge function from within my lan but not from the outside. I have my router setup to forward all outside packets to my VT machine. So, do I need to make sure my router supports loopback and then enter the external URL for VT? Or is there something else I am missing.
