Hi,
I have 2 accounts in vtigerCRM:
Account A with 3 contacts
Account B with 1 contacts
Mail Merge with Account Module - Wrong Result
When applying Mail Merge, the merged result in word doc contains 4 pages; 3 for Account A and 1 for Account B. The merge function is based on contacts, not accounts. Which i think it is not logically right. The correct result shall be 2 pages, each per account.
Imagine i have an Account with 50 contacts. I just want to send invitation letter to the company with Mail Merge feature, the mail merge will produce 50 identical page in Ms. Word.
Mail Merge with Ticket Module - Correct Result
I have created 2 tickets linked to Account A and B.
Ticket A with Account A which has 3 contacts
Ticket B with Account B which has 1 contact
When applying Mail Merge in this case, the merge result in word doc produces 2 pages. Each per ticket. Which is correct.
My environment: Windows XP, IE, EasyPHP 1.8, VtigerCRM 5.0.2, Office Plugin |

I have the same problem when I'm trying to use the plugin with accounts.
If i had 10 contacts on the account, I'll get 10 pages on my word file using the plugin.
