Hi!

I've got "Error while parsing response from vtiger CRM server" error when I tried to add an e-mail to the Vtiger.
The connection ISN'T HTTPS, and the contact search is working.
The Thunderbird version is 1.5.0.8. ; I use the Vtiger5.0.2.
What can be wrong?

Wish I knew - looking for exactly the same answer.

Anybody got any ideas at all ?

Really need to get this working to persuade my company to go over to vtiger

Me too - I'm seeing this error as well.

I'm on OSX, which isn't listed as one of the supported OS's although other functions (import and export contacts for example) seem to work.

Bharath, thanks a lot!

It is working now if I would like to add an email to the tiger. But if I want to import the contacts from the Vtiger, I got the same error text... Do you have any other idea for this?

Regards,

Szolo
