Just upgraded to 5.01. Noticed that it fixed a calendar sharing problem where you could only share with subordinate roles.
However I'm now getting some spectacular errors.
When I try to save almost anything:
Warning: Division by zero in /home/apache2/webroot/htdocs/vtiger/include/utils/CommonUtils.php on line 794
Most of my Additional Information has dissappeared.
Start time is 12am and date has disappeared for most of my appointments.
To be honest my database is has been hacked a bit because I have been upgrading since 5 beta whcih could be the source of some of my problems, but everything was working fine at GA.

I'm sorry but i have bad news. vTiger v 5.0.1 not supported UTF-8 via Ajax.
If you try insert via AJAX EDIT this characters: - é or í or á save (try save to DB), refresh page will be every characters after this special chars loosed.
So, if you want e.g. save czech name like 'Lukáš' you can save only 'Luk '
Other czech special chars like ěščřťúů no problem ...
Try it ..
