Hello.

Is there a way to view 'vtigercrm.log' file WITHOUT having Apache root permissions which prevents viewing from the shell and ftp software?

EDIT: What file are the permissions assigned? I'd like to change them to be more 'friendly' or viewable by me e.g. changing the 'owner' default.
